Introducing “Who am I?”- Présentation “Qui suis-je!?”

Welcome on my Blog Inhale-Exhale, Yoga Life!

Who am I ?! and how did i become an ashtanga yoga teacher!

I’m Johanna Sarrazin, caycedian sophrologist, certified at Ecole de Sophrologie du Languedoc-Roussillon (France) in 2012,

and passionate about travels and Yoga!

In 2010, in Montpellier (France), i discover for the first time Yoga, with An Iyengar yoga instructor.

But everything seemed difficult to me, nothing made sense to me and i felt it was wrong to practice. I gave up before the end of the year (for a while).

The second connection was the right!

I did Yoga in ploermel-Britany, with Sarah Chauliaget, Kundalini yoga teacher, and i felt so enthousiastic and deeply happy to meet her way to practice. She created a connection between Body- Mind – Emotions and that was exactly what i was waiting for, even without knowing it!

WARNING !!!

Yoga has been known to cause Health, Balance & Happiness!

…And Yoga suddenly became something i needed, just can’t stop doing it. Feeling more flexible, more free, healthier, my link with food was healthier, my body became my friend,… i felt my body and mind changing, my thoughts were more clear, no back pain or headaches anymore (and that was amazing!)…In short, i was just living a happier and better Life!

Following my dreams of Travel, i went to Australia.

I was working in Shepparton (close to Melbourne), living in a caravan park and practicing/improving daily my practice.

Some backpackers asked me to join my own practice, i just agreed, was kind of proud to show them how to move and go in the posture, and so on!…

Few weeks later, it was between 10 and 13 regular people doing yoga, everyday, same time. Insane but true!

I was a yoga teacher, in spite of myslef!

Some days, i’m just tired, but they are super motivating and they beg for me to teach, Yoga was a great meeting and link between each other, and a way to relax after work.

I felt joyfull and right, teaching.

Yoga is calling me from deep Inside…Just as something knew at the unconscious, but then showed up!…

I will be a Yoga teacher!

Then, i just needed few months more to choose where i wanted to get the tecaher training. I picked Rishikesh, in India.

Seemed perfect and right to me!

I got my certificate in July 2016, at AYM (Association for Yoga and Meditation) and I’m an Ashtanga Yoga Instructor!

Since that time, i choose to be confident, to trust Life, to follow my dreams and i keep travelling, teaching Ashtanga and Yin Yoga! around the world.

This blog will allow you to follow me through my Yogini journey thanks to the pictures, articles and movies that I will post regularly.

It will be about asanas, how to come in, and out of the postures, the yoga benefits, how yoga can change your life, specific topics like detox, love yourself, how to let go, Healing, digestion, and so on…

And of course, where and when i ll teach classes and retreats!!!

Following and waiting for it, take care of yourself, choose happiness…

And do Yoga!

Love

Johanna

(FRENCH version)

Bienvenue sur mon blog Inhale-Exhale, Yoga Life!
